This type of coaching session takes a less structured approach, less formal approach compared to the other coaching sessions we provide; which are more specific to a particular need, we address whatever is on the client's mind for that particular session. It is designed to help participants attend to themselves, cultivate self-awareness, and build the tools that lead to lasting self-improvement. It’s not just about learning—it’s about transforming the way you show up for yourself and the world around you.
