Refund Policy

At Abundant Life Wellness Coaching Centre we do not provide refunds for coaching sessions, packages, or digital products once payment is confirmed.

What This Means

All sales are final. Payments made for individual sessions, prepaid packages, memberships, workshops, courses, and downloadable materials are nonrefundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule sessions according to the cancellation policy communicated at booking. Rescheduling within the required notice period will preserve your session credit. Late cancellations or no‑shows of more than 10 minutes after the time session should have begun will result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, we will cooperate with the payment processor’s investigation. False or fraudulent chargeback claims may result in suspension or termination of services and recovery actions for any losses incurred.

Effective Date

This policy is effective as of November 19, 2025. We may update this policy from time to time and will post the revised version on our website.
